We are a welcoming, loving church family that is growing and we'd love for you to join us! We meet every Sunday at 10am at our church (Unit 8, Millers Close, Fakenham NR21 8NW) to help the people of our town, surrounding villages and visitors to hear the Good News of the Gospel, the eternal life that God gives through His Son, Jesus Christ alone. Our PRAYER GROUP meets Tuesday mornings (subject to change, see our Facebook page for up to date news) at 10.30am. Wednesday evenings at 7pm is our BIBLE STUDY GROUP (subject to change, see our Facebook page for up to date news).
Our church is modern in style but our beliefs are traditionally Christian. We hold beliefs according to the Evangelical Alliance Statement of Faith - you can link to this by clicking here.
We are a spirit-filled church and believe in the works and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We teach and preach the Bible at our meetings as the authoritative word of God and we try and help people apply the teachings of Jesus to their everyday lives.
It is believed that these days, 64% of pastors who preach say they use AI to create their sermons. The biblical perspective reminds us that human knowledge will greatly increase towards the end times (Daniel 12:4 NIV "But you Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.") Pastor Darren believes in seeking God through prayer and the guidance of the Holy Spirit to write his sermons. He has stated he will never just preach an AI sermon. His sermons are direct, uplifting, thought-provoking and sometimes challenging. God loves us, He is our Father and sometimes, as a Father, He needs to guide us firmly. All sermons are purely scripture based.
Our aim as a church is to preach the Gospel so that people might be saved and to disciple people to grow in their faith and walk with God to become more Christ-like (Mark 16:15, Matt 28:19).
Our church is one big family, everyone is warm and welcoming and we genuinely love and care for one another! We'd love for you to come and visit us.
